Sala
Sala is the distinctive orange/grey U-shaped cliff opposite, and to the left of, Twin Caves. Thanks to its altitude and exposure, it is well-suited to climbing even on very hot days.

Approach: From Leonidio, drive in the direction of Vaskina village. The road ascends through a series of hairpin turns. Park at the 9th such steep turn, about 4.6km from Leonidio. Walk along the dirt road, past the path going up to Twin Caves, for about 10-15 minutes, until you come to two obvious cairns on the left. The cliff is directly opposite. The path descends steeply to the left. Follow the marks, cross the (dry) riverbed, and walk uphill to the foot of the cliff. Walking time: 20-25 minutes.
